The house itself is totally unique and stands in it's own private grounds - it is one of a kind. Unlike most other developments on the island, which are part of communities, this property was entirely designed and constructed by the owners. The architect is Professor Junaphas who did the renowned Regent Four Seasons in Chiang Mai, amongst other exclusive developments. This property is quite easily the most outstanding sea front villa on Phuket.

The Thai style villa itself is made up of four main buildings covering over 400m2 of house space, with another 400m2 of terraces. The middle building is two stories, giving the two top bedrooms a complete view of the entire bay. The terrace space is particularly outstanding, with two levels and two swimming pools with cascades from one to the other (one is 12mx5m with a Jacuzzi and swimming jet current, the other is a kiddies' pool of 5mx2m).
